Terms for group menus:
Please choose the same menu for the whole group, minimum 6 persons. Please confirm your menu at least 3 days in advance. The invoice will be according to advance booking.

Lappish plate
Salmon tartar, vendace roe, reindeer carpaccio, air dried reindeer meat, wild mushroom salad, marinated ciscoes, farm cheese and cloudberries

Grilled fillet of reindeer
Cranberry sauce, potato cake, smoked parsnip pureé and honey turnip

Buttermilk pancake
Vanilla ice cream and blueberry compote

Blueberry Vinaigrette

Fried fish of the day
Butter-herb sauce and seasons vegetable

Lingonberry mousse

Farm cheese salad
Romaine salad, farm cheese and potato bread

Barley risotto
Seasons mushrooms and crumbed lappish farm cheese

Iced cranberries with hot fudge sauce
