Terms for group menus: Please choose the same menu for the whole group, minimum 6
persons. Please confirm Your menu at least 3 days in advance. We invoice according to
advance booking.

Lappish plate
Salmon tartar, roe, reindeer carpaccio, air dried reindeer meat, wild
mushroom salad, marinated ciscoes, farm cheese and cloudberries

Roasted reindeer
Cranberry sauce, potato cake, smoked parsnip pureé and winter

Buttermilk pancake
Vanilla ice cream and blueberry compote

Reindeer carpaccio,
blueberry vinaigrette, homemade cheese, pickled mushrooms
